Meet Haven

Hi, I’m Haven Reynolds Byrne, your future photographer! I can’t wait to capture your moments– but first, a bit about me. I grew up in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where I fell in love with art, music and photojournalism at a young age. My parents bought me a beginner DSLR camera for my 15th birthday, and what started as simply pictures of my best friends sitting in the grass soon grew into what is now Haven Elise Photography. I love freeze-framing all the seasons of life for people to relive for years to come.

I moved to Norman, OK in 2020 to attend the University of Oklahoma, and I graduate in 2026 with my Masters in Clinical Social Work! I base my photography clients primarily out of the Tulsa and OKC areas, but I am always down to travel to new locations and try new things! When I’m not taking pictures (or studying for exams), you can find me sipping iced lattes at my favorite coffee shops, hitting the gym, adventuring on hiking trails, playing with my adorable golden retriever puppy, or just watching movies at home with my husband, Michael. I have been in the photography game for almost 7 years now, and I have found that photographing couples, engagements, and weddings are my absolute favorite! I want to see all the love! However, I’d also love to be your girl for your branding headshots, senior photos, maternity, and small family. Let’s do it!

OUR WEDDING

Michael and I got married July 31, 2024 at our dream wedding in Rocky Mountain Park, Colorado. Now that I've been a bride myself, I'm even more passionate about helping my clients experience all the same joy and gushy feelings that I felt when I got my wedding photos back. There's truly nothing like it, and it all starts with picking a photographer who is a good fit for you as a couple. Someone who's editing style you adore, who's personality meshes well with yours, who can pose you and direct you in a way that always makes you feel comfortable.

I hope I'm that girl for you. Telling love stories in this way is a gift I will always cherish.

Your stories through my camera lens.

Check out my journals page to see some of the stories behind the photos I’ve taken. I can’t wait to tell yours next.
